FAVORITE RESTAURANT: “Garden Café (407-999-9799; www.gardencafevege.com),a vegetarian restaurant downtown. The General Tso’s ‘chicken’ is really good. You wouldn’t know it isn’t real.”
BEST COFFEE: “Stardust Coffee (407-623-3393) is a nice, chill spot. It’s also a bar and small theater that serves vegan food. It’s open until midnight and has a great urban art gallery next door called Bold Hype (www.boldhype.com).”
FAVORITE THING ABOUT ORLANDO: “The weather.”
BROOKE WOJDYLA

FAVORITE RESTAURANTS: “Juliana’s (407-425-1801; www.julianasorlando.com) in College Park and Tavern on the Lake (407-233-2900; www.tavernorlando.com) in Metrowest, and restaurant row on Sand Lake has everything. If you take the time to look, there are a lot of hidden gems.”
BEST PLACE TO SHOP: “The Mall at Millenia
(www.mallatmillenia.com). It’s big and beautiful, and there are varying price ranges.”
FAVORITE THING ABOUT ORLANDO: “There are so many parks and things to do outside.”

FAVORITE RESTAURANTS: “Circa 1926 (321-972-3926) is new. It has very imaginative and nice food. I love 310 South Park (407-647-7277; www.310parksouth.net)—I go there for the Cajun-seasoned grouper sandwich.”
BEST PLACES TO BRING VISITORS: “The boat tour of three lakes in Winter Park. And I’d take them to the Morse Museum (www.morsemuseum.org), Leu Gardens (www.leugardens.org), and the Cornell Museum (www.rollins.edu) in Rollins College.”

FAVORITE THING ABOUT ORLANDO: “Winter Park. It has a very special character.”
FAVORITE RESTAURANT: “We like to take guests to Portobello (407-939-3463; www.disneyworld.com) at Downtown Disney. The seafood dishes are really good.”
FAVORITE GOLF COURSES: “I golf at Tuscawilla Country Club (www.tuscawillacc.com). For someone visiting the area who only has time to play on one course, I’d recommend any of the courses at Walt Disney World Resort (www.disneyworld.com).
FAVORITE THING ABOUT ORLANDO: “Orlando is a ‘big-small’ town: The metro area is large, but the city of Orlando is a small town.”
